Hi, I'm Lina.

What started as one starter jar on my kitchen counter became a weekly rhythm of flour, water, salt, and neighbors texting for "just one more loaf." I bake Grace & Grain sourdough for people who want bread that feels honest: simple ingredients, careful hands, and a loaf that brings a little grace to the table.

Every order is shaped, scored, wrapped, and labeled by me. When you pick up a loaf, it was baked that morning with gratitude and real care.
